Open to all levels of experience. Create unique pottery pieces and finish them using "backyard" low fire techniques. The first two days will take place at the Mountain Artists Guild. The last day will be at Carol Studio adjacent to the Guild building. Schedule:

Instructor

Carol Commins was born in Waterloo, Iowa. She received a BA from the University of Northern Iowa and an MA from Arizona State University. After teaching for 18 years in Wisconsin and Arizona she began a career in the arts as a potter in Colorado. She has made her living as a potter for over 20 years. Carol currently resides in Prescott, AZ where she runs a studio and teaches ceramics part time at Yavapai College and on board cruise ships.
