Description of workshop:
Explore new ways to see. Great paintings can come to you when you learn to see shapes and negative spaces that are so important in a good painting, whether you want to paint completely realistic, completely abstract, or somewhere in between. In addition, learn the value of washes and layers in transparent watercolor.
Materials:
Ultramarine Blue, Burnt Sienna, Burnt Umber, Raw Sienna, your favorite red and any other colors.
Brushes must include a 1-inch flat.
Full or half sheet watercolor paper or pads.
Brief Bio:
60 years experience painting with watercolors. Signature member of the National Watercolor Society, of Watercolor West, and Taos National Society of Water Colorists. Studied at Art Center College of Design and Trinity University.
