A Message from the The Mountain Artists Guild Board of Directors:
Please be advised that the offices, galleries and meeting rooms of Mountain Artists Guild, located at
228 N. Alarcon Street in Prescott, are closed until further notice due to the Covid-19 threat. We will advise our members and patrons when we will be re-opening. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We have been notified by the City of Prescott that all special events through May 10th have been cancelled. Since our festival falls within this timeframe, the 34th Annual Fine Art and Wine Festival will not be held this year. The city is taking this unprecedented step out of an abundance of caution. While this could be a setback for MAG, our participants and attendees, the city feels that this is the prudent course of action.
We value your continued support and hope to see you in August. In the meantime, please take the appropriate precautions and stay safe. Please email email@example.com if you have any questions.
HELPING TO KEEP ART ALIVE SINCE 1949
GUILD: We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing education, support and training in all aspects of the visual arts through exhibits, workshops, scholarships, seminars and practical experience in the creation of artistic works. The Guild serves as a charitable vehicle through which artists and members may associate with others of similar interests, offering support and encouragement for the development of their artistic talents.
GALLERY & GIFT SHOP: The Mountain Artists Gallery & Gift Shop provides a place for emerging artists of all media to display and sell their work in a fine art gallery setting. Other benefits include learning such necessary skills as quality matting and framing and display and presentation of fine art and craftsmanship, in regularly changing exhibitions. All exhibitions give members the opportunity to display and sell at least one art piece.
