Greetings Vendors!
The long-awaited application for our Mothers’ Day Fine Arts and Chocolate Festival is finally ready!  We have changed our procedure, and the application will be online through ArtCall:
Instructions for Artists and Food Vendors:

Booth fees this year are the same as the last May Festival we held in 2019:

Single art/cottage edible vendor - $360
Single food vendor - $380; electricity $15
Double booth available upon request

  1. Open the link for ArtCall:  It is strongly recommended that you print the information on the welcome screen so that you can refer to it later. Once you register, this screen cannot be seen.  We will also post the welcome information on our website (see button below) 

  2. Click in the Register button in the top right of the screen.

  3. Create your account.

  4. Create your profile under Update Your Profile.

  5. Click on Add New Application in the top right corner.

  6. You are allowed one application with up to 6 images. NOTE: Make sure your images are not larger than 4MB.

  7. After you have registered and typed your address, phone number, etc., you will be taken to a screen that says Add New Application.

  8. At this point, you pay the application/jury fee by credit card.

  9. Then, you will click on Submit Payment Charge.

  10. You will be taken to a new screen called New Application Details to complete. Where it asks for Application Title, type: Mothers Day Festival.

  11. In the next screen, Add Entry Attachments, you upload all the images you want attached to your application for jurying. You may upload up to 6 attachments. Suggested attachments are 2 or 3 images of your art or food,  1 or 2 images of you creating your art or food, and images of your booth.

  12. Once all the images are uploaded, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the bar that says Complete and View Entry. You will be taken to a screen that shows all your images. If you don’t like one of your entries, you can click on the red garbage can under the image. If you want to add another image, click on +Attachment and upload a new image.

  13. Once applications are juried, you will be notified by email that you should go into your account to pay the booth fee. 

  14. Booths will be assigned by Mountain Artists Guild and you will be notified.
